Since they were created by me, you must agree to my simple terms in order to download and use them. The tubes are free for your use in making personal web site graphics (Calling cards, background sets, stationery, signature tags, etc.). NEWS: I am using Paint Shop Pro 9, so all new tubes being added will now be PSP files instead of .tub files. They should all work in version 7 and up. Since I don't have version 7 on my new computer, transferring them to my laptop and tubing them takes up too much of my limited time, so I decided to zip them as .psp files. If you want them tubed, just open them in your version and "export" them as tubes. I'm still trying to get all of them uploaded for you, and then I will be offering some new ones.
